These things are :

Your biography help Adsense Team to know your personal identities. It much help when you need extra attention from the Adsense Team.

2. Your problem

Write your problem in professional and good language. This will help The Adsense Team understand your problem.

3. Printscreen of Google Analytics

Login to your Google Analytics and show ‘em that you are not a cheater. Print the visitor, traffic, and bounce rate section. This will help Adsense Team know more about your site.

4. About your site

Describe about your site in two paragraph. The first paragraph describing the making of your site. The second paragraph describing your activities in your site and how often do you update it.

5. About your visitor

Tell ‘em about your visitor, where they came from, what part of communities are they, and what kind of human are they. Also tell them about how you promote your website. If you promote through forums then give them the forums url. Or if you promote through Adwords, then just write your Adwords account data.

6. Your photo

Include your photo and it will help Adsense Team to know more about you. Show your saint face and it will touch the Adsense Team deepest heart.

7. Handwriting

DON’T print your mail. Just write it with your hand, because it’s a gift from God. Don’t waste your time, write it with good style. No scratch, no dirty, and you’ll be fine.

How developing your website could increase the chance of your Adsense account approved

First, I will tell you, I was joining Google Adsense Program and created an Adsense account about two months ago. I have done a lot with Adsense account and suddenly my Adsense account was disabled. But, Google did not tell me the reason why they disable my Adsense account. They just sent a notification email which is telling me that my account has posed a significant risk to some of Google AdWords advertisers. Below is some of the email text :

While going through our records recently, we found that your AdSense
account has posed a significant risk to our AdWords advertisers. Since
keeping your account in our publisher network may financially damage
our advertisers in the future, we’ve decided to disable your account.

Please understand that we consider this a necessary step to protect the
interests of both our advertisers and our other AdSense publishers. We
realize the inconvenience this may cause you, and we thank you in
advance for your understanding and cooperation.

I was confused I don’t what should I do. And then I’m surfing through the internet that I found an article telling me that Google will come to us if we keeping developing our blog.

If our blog have a good traffic, Google would not miss the chance to get us as a partner. So, I decided to keep developing my blog and my site. Because my blog is the publisher for the banned account, then it will be hard to get a high rank and good position. That’s terrible but I chose to keep developing my site which is net-func.com, and I update it everyday until I googling about something and search for a keyword “blogumus” and I was shocked up! My site is at the first place on Google.com! Oh, that was so amazing to me, after that I’m praying and I keep a promise that “If my Adsense account is enable again, then I will not fight against Google,”. So, my brain think that if you keep developing your blog or site and get very high traffic, then you should be happy because Google will come to you and ask you to reopen a new Adsense account.

However, it is possible to get your Adsense account back

Your mail will touch their heart for some unexplained reason. They will approciate your hard works. And because you are touching their deepest heart, maybe they will enable your account back. Write it, not type it. Use your skill to write as good as possible. The mail will include your name, address, and a little more about yourself. You’ll be the one that appeal via mail from a thousand people that appeal via the OAF. Just do it, and you’ll feel the difference. Good luck! My account is still disabled, and I will keep on working to get my Adsense account back.

Get your Adsense account approved after got disabled

As you know, Google will identified you as a cheater if your site didn’t have much traffic but the revenue of your Adsense account is increasing.

Many website owners complain that their AdSense accounts have been disabled just before they were supposed to receive their first paycheck from Google. Google claims accounts have been disabled due to click fraud or forbidden content, but have offered no proof of this. An automated email is sent to the publisher’s owner which offers no reasoning, or options but a link to file an appeal. In the email, Google states that “Because we have a responsibility to protect our AdWords advertisers from inflated costs due to invalid activity, we’ve found it necessary to disable your AdSense account. Your outstanding balance and Google’s share of the revenue will both be fully refunded back to the affected advertisers.” The revenue generated – whether legitimate or not – is taken, and all complaints are deferred.

Google came under fire when the official Google AdSense Blog showcased the French video website Imineo.com. This website violated Google’s AdSense Program Policies by displaying AdSense alongside sexually explicit material. Typically, websites displaying AdSense have been banned from showing such content. Some sites have been banned for distributing copyrighted material even when they hold the copyright themselves or are authorized by the copyright holder to distribute the material.

If you have been banned, just optimize your site and keep the traffic on a high number. But, the unique visitor must be a lot. If your site get a high traffic, just appeal the online form. Say that your site is having a lot of traffic and it’s normal to get earnings from adsense. See, I have appeal four times and I still not replied yet. The email said that Google is can’t reply the appeal we sent for few moment. Can anyone explain me when I should appeal for my Adsense account again?
